Review & Description
Horror doesn't need zombies or vampires; the most frightening animal in the universe is man. This anthology of five short stories explores the disturbing side of human nature:
Fluke: A jet set couple get a surprise when they return from a vacation abroad.
The Train: A little girl with cancer talks her parents into taking her to a theme park.
Guilt: A government agent finds it difficult to live with the guilt after screwing up an assignment.
Going Down: A former altar boy runs into the priest who raped him years earlier when he boards an elevator.
Rites of Passage: A military commander pursuing a Somali terrorist stumbles into an FGM ceremony in progress.
Not intended for young readers, some of these stories contain homosexual themes and possible triggering material if you're a trauma survivor. Reader discretion is advised.
